These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Postura Rx website and desktop application (the "Services") provided by Postura Rx LLC. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Postura Rx is a wellness application that uses your webcam to provide feedback about your sitting posture. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about any medical concern.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Plans, subscriptions and licenses

  • The Free plan includes limited daily monitoring time.
  • Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
  • Business plans include a fixed number of license codes valid for the subscription term. Each code may be activated by one individual account at a time.
  • Prices may change with advance notice. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by reverse engineering, sharing or reselling license codes outside your organisation, circumventing plan limits, or interfering with the Services' operation.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome from using Postura Rx.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postura Rx LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
