This Privacy Policy explains how Postura Rx LLC ("Postura Rx", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website (https://posturarx.com) and the Postura Rx desktop application for Windows and macOS (together, the "Services").

1. Camera data

Postura Rx uses your computer's webcam to analyse your sitting posture. Posture analysis runs locally on your device:

• Camera frames are processed in memory on your computer and are not recorded or saved.
• Video and images from your camera are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
• You can pause monitoring or revoke camera permission at any time in the app or your operating system settings.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information such as your name, email address and password (stored in hashed form).
• Messages you send us, for example support requests.
• Business license codes you activate against your account.

Information generated by the app

• Derived posture metrics (for example posture scores, alert counts and monitoring time) used to show your analytics and to apply plan limits. These are numerical summaries, not images.
• Basic technical information such as app version, operating system and error reports.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your subscription status, plan and billing country. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Website

Our website may collect standard server log information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to operate and secure the site. We use only cookies that are necessary for the site and your account to work.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
• To create and manage your account, subscription and licenses.
• To show your posture analytics and progress.
• To respond to support requests and send important service messages.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
